Despite this year’s complex environment, CNGR’s success in acquiring the green-related syndicated loan is highly recognized by the capital market overseas and creates many market achievements. It is the first enterprise in Guizhou province to organize a green-related syndicated loan overseas. It is also the first Chinese new energy material enterprise to sign a contract with overseas green syndicates. It sets a new benchmark for overseas syndicate financing in terms of the contract, pricing, access scale and project efficiency. The loan will positively supplement the Company’s operating capital, build a vertically integrated industrial chain, accelerate the internationalization process, and reduce carbon and consumption. It highlights the Company’s responsibility to focus on new energy materials and contribute to green development globally.
In his speech during the signing ceremony, Mr Tao Wu, the senior vice president of CNGR and the President of CNGR International Headquarters, expressed his gratitude to the banks for their long-term care and support, especially to the 15 banks participating in this delegation. Mr Tao Wu hoped this would shape more profound and broader cooperation to collaborate with banks and financial institutions worldwide. He also added that CNGR will always adhere to the enterprise mission; “devote to developing new energy, constructing a better life for human beings”.
